SOUND THE ALARM By Uwandu Victory

Written by Editor

Stories that made men to the top
Sounded like a sea full of irony
With the endpoint uncertain
Of what the future holds

Our faces drew maps of uncertainty
For the journey was too far in despair
With baskets of hope leaking profusely
The climax of the story Came with fame
After much struggle to that valley of wealth

Sound the alarm!
That my arrival should be welcomed With merry and jolly
For the pastures became green Where we found them
