Courtesy of poverty of intelligence and competence, cum low patriotic morale towards duty and responsibility, banditry has now leveled up to the acme of INVINCIBILITY in northern Nigeria and the nation as a whole.
Before now, our dear regalia of innocence as citizens has always been invested by corruption, poor management, low income etc but now, the spectacle of our reasoning is highly haunted by fear to the point of psychological destruction.
Is it not disappointing to see that, the palaces of supposed security where people gather with at least 50% of assurance are now becoming an asylum where psychopath infiltrates to show off their skills? Isn’t it now obvious that “Jinx” is a powerful spell?
Northrop Frye mentioned “wherever illiteracy is a problem, it’s as fundamental a problem as getting enough to eat or a place to sleep.”
Mind you, Illiteracy does not necessarily mean the lack of institutionalized education, but also a poor representation of whatever duty or responsibility you are indicted for. As a matter of fact, it can also be explained as gross negative humane approach towards follow men.
Without partitioning blame, I just want to iterate that, when a BATA DRUM IS BREATHING RHYTHMICALLY IS A SIGN OF IT READY TO TEAR APART. After all, termites do give preferences to the fig or it fruits. We all are in this together.
For better understanding, ask the Minster from Kano about his brothers’ situation, asked the commissioner whose brother are kidnapped and one killed. Ask the Nuhu Bamali lecturer’s wife whose husband still resides in the dungeon of “decent men.” Ask the Kaduna-Abuja travelers both on train and land. Ask the Zamfara women and lastly ABU ZARIA lecturers’ wives whose husband whereabouts is still a puzzle.
TNASH.
NASIRU TAOFEEQAT.
May we all be safeguarded.
