LYRICS OF REST By Mide Benedict

Written by Editor

When night sings aloud
Its Sounds of Rest

Be the lyrics bearing
its tone’s nest.

For while moonlight shines
Through the darkest crest,

Only your words become my
insomnia’s pest.

So rub your lips against my ears
Let your voice lull my mind to sleep.

Kiss my lips twice, let it blossom:
Such is enough for a midnight trip.
