TALES OF THE TRUEST LIE By Ibraheem lateef Adebayo

Written by Editor

Richard said-
Amopeola is another darkness
Void of beauty
Uncivilized and her head
Empty of sanity
Yet he sees another cinema
With her buttock that trembles
Even another magic
With her walk that draws
Carefully on the dusty sand
Richard said-
Amopeola is another artwork
With a roughly sketched face
By a black insane artist
But,Richard garmented himself
With dusk & barged
Into the hut of local Amope
and robbed her body
With sweats forming
Confluence of rivulets
Within thighs
And around eyes
What lured Richard?
If not beauty at its
Purest colour?
What lured & intoxicated
Richard to the garden
Of local Amope?
