SACRIFICE By Adisa Aminat Olabisi

Written by Editor

So I wished I could stay still
In my cold warm like rockets
It’s called my comfort zone
Sleep so well like a baby without worries
Eat so much like I really need to grow big
Giggle, chit-chat and talk
Alas! Time run so fast
Dreams die more natural death
A dream chaser like you is a dream inspirer
Who do not give up on life challenges
If you are ever going to be successful
As perfectly planned
Then you need not sleep and keep dreaming
Because you are not model dreamer
You dream big, you work bigger
You need to start working it out
Dreams are beautiful flowers
That can only bloom if nurtured and allowed to germinate
Strive away from your comfort zone
Leave behind your most cherished rocket life style
Arise and work hard!
Hey! Be to yourself mostly
But sooner or later you know
Everything will be evident
One day you will realize that it was worth it after all…
