WHAT IF By Mutiu Saheed Alowoeshin

Written by Editor

What if I can write more with my pen
I would have gotten sheet more than ten

What if the sky limits my prowess by vang
Just because I have no wing

What if I have died before now
Then, will I be able to say wow

What if my breath ceased for work
While my glittering body will be quack

What if tomorrow says who I am to you
After my heart gained it wounds from you

What if the deaf vividly hear the sound
And the lame could walk all around

What if this pen of mine rest tonight
And ‘I’ The writer lie with no might

What if my work hit the net
And people yearn for they are wet

What if pens are intrigued to dance
To the rhyme of your acrobatic dance!

What if I can’t write more than a leave
Kindly do remember the title What If
