DEAR DESTINY By Dominic Jerome Enimpah

Written by Editor

You look so impossible from afar
Yet so close and achievable from within
Screaming for manifestation day by day
To the amazement of the earthen vesseled mind

The gladness of heart that comes
As you peep through the world of works
Heightening the enthusiasm of the world of words
Finally, a correlation! The concealed is revealed!

You bring answers to questions unanswered
And meaning to the meaningless strolls of life
At the blast of your trumpet
This myopic world rejoices, as though you just arrived

If only they saw you clothe in the rags of yesterday
They would understand that you give value but not in need of it
Through rehearsal, you fold the rags
To reveal the bright garment of eternity.
