LAST NIGHT By Jennifer Ehiagbonare

Written by Editor

Last night I cried again

Cried for the old me that keeps coming back

Cried for the future me that’s terrified

Cried for present me that’s definitely confused

Finally I cried to the saviour of the world

Now I know it’s your birthday tomorrow

Would be rude of me to ask a favour

So I’ll gift myself to you, w

Who’d be better at leading me than

He who made me?
