RAIN By Adekunbi Adebimpe

Written by Editor

At Alphabeta
Children shivering by the coming of the storm
They went out, sit on the railing to welcome the rain
See as the tiny drop off mysteriously
Water drops scattering the sands make some images
Science may have a reason for the magic
It is a natural thing seeing rain touching the earth
Falling from heaven, looking up seeing
How clear the cloud is,
I believe it is Gods blessings to the world
clearing his heart to forgive the world
Seeing the bushes wavering joy with fresh looks
And how they wash away droits on hills
The wash away of human problem
After the rain is the spreading of birds
In the sky flying and happy to see how neat the
Trees are made the earth to be at pleased
The slippery floor shows the people to be more careful
And not to make the same mistake as before
The sound of the thunders after the rain.
And Alphabetas coming out
of their mothers’ cuddle playing and catching the cool
Breeze of the rain chick under their mother’s
Out to pick worms out the ground
Hmm how mysterious a rain can be.
