GONE By Amy_kook

I’ll be one with the night I promise
The dust and I shall merge
You shall hear no more from me I promise
Let the winds take my dirge
Whistling like a bird in the sky.
You shall hear no more for I’m a swift tide
I’m a dust storm and you will know me soon
But no longer shall you hear from me.
Palms face up, unto heaven sent
From me to you, dust and my knees stem
Let’s this duet sing, for as of now
You shall hear no more from me
My rhythm breaks in tandem with your lyre
Melodies swift and cutting like a swords lyric upon the flesh
My death is quick and sure,
And then shall you hear me no more.
From the pile of dung, waste you scavenge_
You see me in every life, still and in motion
Grey fish eye, pale egg yolk
Blood red petals blooming in the morning dew
And rain and green plants shoot
The sun, the rainbow and the cry of new life…
You hear me now as you see
In every new life you see me incarnate.
