I heard tales of

how horses and donkeys treaded our roads

from desert to riverine

Tales of how the only means of water was from the village stream

Time has passed,

Machines now talk like humans,

Humans now fly like birds

Our water now run from pipes

We grow by the tick of the second

The impossible is now a possibility
